Every painting by Sander Visser is a unique original: hand-signed, made once, and intended to stay with someone for a long time. Delivering it safely and intact is part of that same care.
Paintings can be shipped within the Netherlands and to other European countries. For destinations outside Europe, please get in touch to discuss the options.
Shipping costs depend on the size of the work and include personal packaging, insurance and track & trace. Exact shipping costs are listed with each work in the shop.
I pack every painting myself. Each work is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, covered in bubble wrap and packed in a reinforced cardboard box or on a rigid surface. Larger works can be shipped in a wooden crate where needed. I give the same care to packing as I do to painting.
Oil paint needs time to cure fully. A work is only shipped once the paint is completely cured. This protects the surface during transport and is also a condition of the insurance.
All shipments are fully insured for the invoice value and sent with track & trace. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the work has been dispatched.
Within Europe the estimated delivery time is typically between 3 and 7 working days after dispatch.
Should a work arrive damaged, please report this within 48 hours of receipt and keep all original packaging materials until the matter has been resolved. Timely notification and intact packaging are required conditions for filing an insurance claim.
