For a wedding, an anniversary, a farewell or retirement, a milestone birthday: an original painting is a gift with weight, personal and lasting.

An original, or a giclée

An original is the grand gesture: unique, signed, the only one of its kind. For those who want something special without the investment of an original, a giclée is a fine alternative. A signed, numbered fine-art print of an existing work, in a limited edition. Still personal, still from the artist, at a more accessible price.

Choosing with confidence

Picking a painting for someone else can feel daunting. The good thing is that you deal directly with me, the artist. Send me a message about the occasion and the person, and I will tell you honestly whether a particular work fits, or whether something better suited is on its way. My collection is small and select, every work is an original, and that is exactly why you give something meaningful rather than a random gift.

Available work can usually be shipped quickly, insured and well packed, anywhere in the world. Would you like to commission a portrait as a gift? Keep in mind that such a process usually takes 2 to 4 months, so plan well ahead.
